Flower delivery to Trstěnice from a nearby florist
The municipality of Trstěnice lies near Mariánské Lázně. It had about 420 residents in 2025. The I/21 passes through the municipality, and since 2020 its bypass has diverted traffic away from the village centre.
The first written record of Trstěnice dates from 1367, when the Bohemian king had the right to appoint a priest to the local church. The municipality’s oldest historic monument is the Church of St Vitus, dating from around 1200 and rebuilt in the Baroque style between 1774 and 1778. In the forest near Trstěnice stands the 1876 pseudo-Gothic hunting lodge Berchembogen, which is now closed to the public. The Kosatcová louka Nature Reserve also lies within the municipality.
