Chotěnov-Skláře is part of Mariánské Lázně, about 4.5 km southeast of the town. It comprises two villages.

The first written mention of Chotěnov dates from 1273. An international airport opened near Skláře in Chotěnov-Skláře in 1927. It is no longer in use today.
